Terms and conditions of sale
In force as of 11 October 2026
1. Seller
The Print My Ticket website is published and operated by PrintMyTicket, an EURL (single-member limited company) currently being registered. SIRET number: pending. Registered office: being arranged.
Contact: contact@printmyticket.net. VAT: EU VAT number pending.
2. Purpose and acceptance
These terms and conditions of sale (the “Terms”) govern sales of souvenir tickets (cinema, concert, theatre, plane and match) made on the Print My Ticket website between the seller and any individual acting as a consumer (the “customer”).
The customer accepts them by ticking the box provided before confirming the order. The applicable Terms are those in force on the date of the order.
3. Products
From the information entered by the customer, Print My Ticket produces a souvenir reproduction of their ticket, printed on card stock in the following sizes (approximately): cinema 80 × 115 mm, concert 190 × 70 mm, theatre 190 × 70 mm, plane 210 × 90 mm, match 210 × 70 mm.
- The souvenir ticket is neither an admission ticket nor a travel document. It cannot be used to enter a cinema or venue, or to board, and cannot be resold as such.
- The name of the cinema, venue, theatre, stadium, teams, competition or airline appears as text, without any logo. Print My Ticket is not affiliated with any cinema, artist, promoter, theatre, club, federation, airline, distributor or studio.
- The ticket date must be in the past. The seller may refuse any order that appears intended to produce a fake ticket.
- The on-screen preview is faithful to the result, but slight differences in colour and framing may occur in print.
4. Prices
Prices are shown in euros, including all taxes:
- €3.90 for the first souvenir ticket in the order, then €2.90 for each additional ticket, whatever its type;
- tracked-letter delivery, charged once per order according to the delivery country: in mainland France and Monaco, €2.20 for 1 to 3 tickets and €3.80 from 4 tickets; to other European countries, €5.50.
The total amount is shown before the order is confirmed. The seller may change its prices at any time; the price charged is the one shown when ordering.
5. Ordering
The customer designs their ticket(s), adds them to the cart, enters a delivery address, accepts the Terms, then confirms and pays for the order. Before paying, they can check each ticket and correct their details.
After payment, the customer receives an order number, shown on screen and repeated in the payment receipt sent by email. The contract is concluded on receipt of payment. The seller may cancel an order in the event of prohibited content (article 10), clearly false information or non-payment; the customer is then refunded in full.
6. Payment
Payment is made online by card through the secure payment provider Stripe. The seller never has access to the customer's bank details.
7. Production and delivery
Each ticket is printed individually after the order, then sent in an envelope by La Poste tracked letter to the address given by the customer.
- Dispatch within 3 working days after payment, then delivery usually within 2 to 4 working days in mainland France and 4 to 8 working days to other European countries.
- Delivery areas: every European country, namely the 27 European Union countries, plus the United Kingdom, Switzerland, Norway, Iceland, Liechtenstein, Monaco, Andorra and San Marino. For countries outside the European Union, any import duties or taxes are payable by the customer.
- The customer tracks the order on the website's “Track my order” page, using the order number and last name. The letter's tracking number appears there as soon as it ships.
If the parcel is not delivered within 30 days of the order, the customer may, after formally requesting the seller to deliver within a reasonable time, terminate the contract and obtain a refund of the sums paid (articles L216-2 and L216-3 of the French Consumer Code). If the address entered was wrong, reshipment may be charged at the delivery rate.
8. No right of withdrawal
Print My Ticket tickets are goods made to the customer's specifications and clearly personalised : title, venue, date, seat or flight, image and colour chosen by the customer.
In accordance with article L221-28, 3° of the French Consumer Code, the customer does not have the 14-day right of withdrawal that applies to distance sales. The customer is informed of this before ordering and expressly acknowledges it by ticking the box accepting the Terms.
This exception does not deprive the customer of their legal guarantees: a defective, damaged or non-conforming ticket is replaced or refunded (article 9).
An order may nevertheless be cancelled free of charge, by simple request by email, as long as printing has not started.
9. Legal guarantees
Like any goods sold to a consumer, the tickets are covered by:
- the legal guarantee of conformity (articles L217-3 to L217-20 of the French Consumer Code), for 2 years from delivery;
- the guarantee against hidden defects (articles 1641 to 1649 of the French Civil Code), for 2 years from discovery of the defect.
Examples of covered defects: failed or illegible printing, a ticket folded or damaged on arrival, details different from those approved by the customer. The customer reports the problem by email, with a photo if possible. The seller reprints the ticket at its own cost or, if that is not possible, refunds it.
The following are not defects: an error in the information entered by the customer, or a slight difference in shade between screen and paper.
10. Content supplied by the customer
A customer who uploads a photo declares that they hold its rights, or have permission to use it, and the consent of any recognisable people. They remain solely responsible for the content they supply. Print My Ticket is not responsible for photos printed at customers' request, including copyrighted ones, and the customer indemnifies the seller against any third-party claim in this respect.
Each photo is analysed automatically before display. Pornographic, sexual or nude, violent, hateful or illegal content is refused in particular. The seller may cancel and refund an order containing such content.
Uploaded photos and e-tickets are used only to produce the order.
11. Photo printed on the ticket
The image printed on the ticket is exclusively the photo uploaded by the customer when creating the ticket. The website neither generates nor supplies any image: an order cannot be confirmed without a photo. The result depends on the quality of the photo supplied; the customer checks the preview and framing before ordering.
12. Liability
The seller is responsible for the proper performance of the order, except in the event of the customer's fault, an unforeseeable and insurmountable act of a third party, or force majeure. It is not responsible for the use the customer makes of the souvenir ticket, in particular any attempt to use it for admission or travel.
Names of films, artists, shows, venues and airlines are cited for descriptive purposes and remain the property of their owners.
13. Personal data
The data collected (identity, address, email, ticket content) is used only to process, produce and deliver the order, and to meet accounting obligations. It is shared only with the necessary providers: payment, carrier, hosting and image analysis. It is never sold.
Order data is kept for as long as the order and guarantees require, then archived for the legal period (10 years for accounting records). Under the GDPR, the customer has the right of access, rectification, erasure, restriction, objection and portability, by writing to contact@printmyticket.net. They may also contact the French data protection authority, the CNIL (cnil.fr).
14. Customer service and mediation
For any question or complaint: contact@printmyticket.net. The seller replies within 7 working days.
If a dispute is not resolved in writing with the seller, the customer may refer it free of charge to a consumer mediator within one year of their written complaint (articles L612-1 et seq. of the French Consumer Code). The mediator is being appointed: their details will be given here as soon as the seller has joined a mediation scheme.
15. Governing law
These Terms are governed by French law, without depriving consumers living in another country of the protection of its mandatory rules. Failing an amicable settlement, the dispute is brought before the competent courts. The consumer may choose the court of the place where they lived at the time of the order or delivery, or that of the seller's domicile.
