What is a souvenir boarding pass?

It is a boarding pass printed like the ones handed out at the check-in desk, with its main part and its stub. Today the boarding pass is almost always on a phone and disappears after the flight. The souvenir boarding pass keeps a trace of the departure: where you left from, where you landed, on which date and in which seat.

It says "souvenir ticket, not valid for travel": it cannot be used to board.

What you can personalise

• the route: departure city and arrival city, with their 3-letter airport codes (for example MRS and JFK);
• the passenger: the name as it appears on a boarding pass;
• the airline, written as text with a badge of its initials, without an official logo;
• the flight: flight number, date, boarding time and gate;
• the seat and class: economy, premium, business or first;
• the booking reference, copied or generated;
• the colour of the pass, from six shades, and your photo, which you can reframe left or right.

For which occasions?

• the honeymoon, or a proposal at the other end of the world;
• the first solo trip, a year studying abroad, moving to another country;
• a reunion with a loved one after months apart;
• a child's first flight, or the first flight of grandparents who had never flown;
• a round-the-world trip, with one pass per leg to keep the whole itinerary.

A souvenir boarding pass also makes a lovely surprise gift: slipped into an envelope, it tells the story of a trip once it has happened (the printed date must already be in the past when you order).

How to create your boarding pass in 3 steps

1. Copy the details from your original ticket (e-ticket, paper ticket or just your memories) into the form: required fields are marked, the others are optional.
2. Add your photo: it is required, because it is what makes the ticket unique. The preview updates live as you type.
3. Order and pay online: the ticket is printed individually, then sent by tracked letter. You get an order number to follow its progress.

Price and delivery

The boarding pass costs €3.90, then €2.90 for each additional ticket in the same order, whatever its type. Tracked-letter delivery is paid once per order:

• France and Monaco: €2.20 for 1 to 3 tickets, €3.80 from 4 tickets;
• other European countries (European Union, United Kingdom, Switzerland, Norway, Iceland, Liechtenstein, Andorra, San Marino): €5.50 per order.

Example: a single ticket delivered in France costs €6.10 all included. Printed and shipped from France, the ticket is dispatched within 3 working days of payment, then usually takes 2 to 4 working days to arrive in mainland France and 4 to 8 working days to other European countries.
