Frequently asked questions

Frequently asked questions about souvenir tickets

A Print My Ticket souvenir ticket is a real card ticket, printed with the details of your cinema, concert, theatre, flight or match and your own photo, for €3.90 (€2.90 for the next ones) with tracked delivery in France and Europe. Here are the answers to the most common questions.

The souvenir ticket

What is a souvenir ticket?

It is a printed ticket with the details of a moment you lived (film, concert, play, flight or match) and your own photo. It is made to keep, display or give that memory, and cannot be used to enter or to travel.

Which types of tickets can I create?

Five: cinema ticket (80 × 115 mm), concert ticket (190 × 70 mm), theatre ticket (190 × 70 mm), plane ticket in the style of a boarding pass (210 × 90 mm) and match ticket (210 × 70 mm).

Is the souvenir ticket the size of a real ticket?

Yes. Every ticket is printed at the stated real size, on card stock, like an original ticket.

Can I use it to enter a venue or to travel?

No. It is a souvenir ticket and says so. It replaces neither your admission ticket nor your boarding pass.

Why must the date be in the past?

Our tickets celebrate moments you have lived. The date therefore cannot be later than the day before your order.

My original ticket was paper, or I lost it: is that possible?

Yes. Copy the details you have; only a few fields are required, such as the title or teams, the venue and the date.

In which language is the ticket printed?

In the language of the site when you order: French on the French site, English on the English site.

Photo and personalisation

Is the photo required?

Yes. Every ticket is printed with your own photo: it is what makes it unique. Without a photo, the ticket cannot be ordered.

Which photos can I upload?

Your own photos: selfie, stage, hall, stadium or travel memory. Every photo is checked before printing, and sexual or pornographic images are refused.

Why aren't the film poster or the club logo printed?

To respect copyright and trademarks. We add no official poster, no logo and no image found on the internet: the image is your photo.

Can I choose the ticket colour?

Yes for cinema, theatre, plane and match, with 6 colours each. The concert ticket has a single style on a dark background, with no colour choice.

Can I reframe my photo?

Yes: up or down for cinema and theatre, left or right for plane and match. The concert ticket has no framing setting.

Can I see the ticket before ordering?

Yes. The preview updates live as you fill in the form, with a "specimen" mark that does not appear on the printed ticket.

Price and payment

How much does a souvenir ticket cost?

€3.90 for the first ticket, then €2.90 for each additional ticket in the same order, whatever its type. One ticket delivered in France costs €6.10 all included.

How much is delivery?

The tracked letter is paid once per order: €2.20 in France and Monaco for 1 to 3 tickets, €3.80 from 4, and €5.50 to other European countries.

Can I mix ticket types in one order?

Yes. One cart can combine cinema, concert, theatre, plane and match, up to 30 tickets, and delivery is paid only once.

How do I pay?

Online, in euros, on Stripe's secure payment page. The exact total is shown before you pay.

Can I cancel or withdraw?

As the tickets are personalised, the right of withdrawal does not apply. The legal guarantees remain: a damaged or misprinted ticket is reprinted or refunded.

Delivery and tracking

Which countries do you deliver to?

France, Monaco and every European country: the 27 European Union countries, the United Kingdom, Switzerland, Norway, Iceland, Liechtenstein, Andorra and San Marino.

How long does delivery take?

The ticket is dispatched within 3 working days of payment, then usually takes 2 to 4 working days in mainland France and 4 to 8 working days to other European countries.

How do I track my order?

On the Track my order page, with your order number and last name. The La Poste tracking number appears there as soon as the letter is sent.

Where are the tickets shipped from?

From France: every ticket is printed individually in France, then shipped from France by La Poste tracked letter, to France and the rest of Europe.

How is the ticket protected in the post?

It is sent in an envelope by La Poste tracked letter. If it arrives damaged, write to us with a photo: it will be reprinted or refunded.

Ideas and uses

Is it a good gift idea?

Yes. The ticket of a first date, a honeymoon or a shared concert makes a personal gift, to slip into a card or to frame.

How can I display a souvenir ticket?

In a photo frame, on a cork board, in an album or between the pages of a book. The cinema ticket (80 × 115 mm) fits a 10 × 15 cm (4 × 6 in) frame with a mount.

Can I build a collection of tickets?

Yes. You can create one ticket per film of a saga, per date of a tour, per game of a season or per leg of a trip.
