Why can't I choose the colour of the concert ticket?

The concert ticket has a single design on a dark background, made to show off stage photos. The colour and framing are therefore fixed.

Can I make a ticket for a multi-day festival?

Yes. Enter the festival name in the tour or festival field, and the date of the day you want to keep. You can create one ticket per day in the same order.

Can the artist's logo appear?

No. To respect the rights of artists and organisers, no logo or official artwork is printed. The artist's name is written as text.

Does the ticket get me into the concert?

No. It is a souvenir ticket and says so. Keep your official ticket to get in.

Personalised concert souvenir ticket

What is a concert souvenir ticket?

It is a printed ticket with all the details of your concert, like the card tickets people used to buy at the box office. Now that almost every seat is sold as an e-ticket, often only a QR code is left after the show. The concert souvenir ticket gives it a shape again: a dark design inspired by festival tickets, a coloured band, a stub and your photo of the night.

It says "souvenir ticket": it does not get you into the venue and does not replace your official ticket.

What you can personalise

the artist or band, and the name of the tour or festival;
the venue: the hall, stadium or festival, and the city;
the date and time of the concert;
the category: standing, category 1, 2 or 3, golden circle, seated stands, lawn or VIP;
the gate, row, seat and price paid;
the ticket number, copied or generated;
your photo: the stage, the crowd, a selfie with your friends.

The concert ticket has a single style, designed to suit every concert photo, so there is no colour choice and no framing setting. No artist, venue or festival logo is printed; the image comes only from your photo.

For which occasions?

your very first concert, or your child's;
the farewell tour of an artist you have followed forever;
a summer festival with friends, to keep with the wristband;
a concert given as a gift, to remind the person who invited you of the moment;
a collection of tickets for every date of the same tour.

At 190 × 70 mm, close to classic show tickets, it fits in a panoramic frame, on a cork board or in an album.

How to create your concert ticket in 3 steps

Copy the details from your original ticket (e-ticket, paper ticket or just your memories) into the form: required fields are marked, the others are optional.
Add your photo: it is required, because it is what makes the ticket unique. The preview updates live as you type.
Order and pay online: the ticket is printed individually, then sent by tracked letter. You get an order number to follow its progress.
