Data collected

• For an order: last name, first name, postal address, email, ticket content and the photo you upload.
• For a contact message: name, email and message content.
• Payment is entered directly with Stripe: we never see your bank details.

Why we use it

Only to produce, ship and track your order, send you the emails about that order, answer your messages and meet our accounting obligations. Legal basis: performance of the contract and our legal obligations. No advertising, no resale.

Service providers

• Netlify: website hosting, order storage and receipt of contact messages.
• Stripe: secure payment.
• Resend: sending order emails.
• Base Adresse Nationale (data.gouv.fr) and OpenStreetMap: checking the delivery address.
• La Poste: delivery of the tracked letter.
• Anthropic: automatic check of the uploaded photo, when this service is active.
• Google Fonts: displaying the website's fonts.

Some of these providers are located outside the European Union, notably in the United States. These transfers are covered by the safeguards provided by the GDPR (standard contractual clauses or the Data Privacy Framework).

Retention period

Order data is kept for as long as the order and guarantees require, then archived for the legal period (10 years for accounting records). Contact messages are kept for no more than 3 years after the last exchange.

Cookies and audience measurement

Only with your consent, we use the Meta pixel (Meta Platforms Ireland Ltd) to measure the results of our ads on Instagram and Facebook: page views, add to cart, checkout start and purchase (amount and number of tickets). No photo or ticket information is sent. This data may be processed by Meta, including outside the European Union, under its own privacy policy.

The site also measures its traffic anonymously, without cookies: pages viewed, referring site, country, device type and language, grouped into daily statistics. No IP address is kept and no identifier is stored in your browser; this measurement is only used to improve the site and does not require your consent.

Your choice is kept for 6 months in your browser; you can change it at any time with the "Cookies" link at the bottom of every page. If you refuse, no measurement cookie is set and the site works normally. The site also keeps your cart and language choice in your browser, which it needs to work.

Your rights

You can access, correct, erase, restrict, object to or retrieve your data by writing to contact@printmyticket.net. You may also contact the French data protection authority, the CNIL (cnil.fr).
